ZZ-Topper - thatch scratcher

The ZZ-Topper uses a new concept of verticutting, in which curved pins remove thatch and weeds from the grass surface by means of a continuous zigzag movement.

Unlike standard scarifying machines, no stripes are left on the field that could affect the direction of the ball during play.

The fast, uniform left-right movements of the pins ensure that the field receives the same treatment across the entire working width.

The ZZ-Topper is the ideal scarifier to keep the fibres free of overgrown grass on hybrid carpeted and stitched fields, as its zigzagging blunt pins scratch the turf between the fibres, without damaging them. Thus players can maintain good grip with their shoes.
